Refund & Return Policy

 

Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

- Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
     – Items marked as final sale
     – Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
     – Custom or special-order products

                                    We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Process
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with the order.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for assistance.

Restocking Fees
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items, when applicable.

Non-Returnable Situations
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
